The Challenge
Existing platforms often provide incomplete, outdated, or misleading accessibility information, making it difficult for users with specific needs to confidently navigate urban environments.
The Approach
Conducted user interviews across three demographic segments to identify critical pain points in urban navigation.
Created User Journey Maps to visually document the process people take to discover and share info.
The Solution
Key deliverables included a validated mobile app prototype that enables users to search locations, filter accessibility features, save favorites, and read reviews with greater confidence.
